Refund policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
We want your invitation to work as expected. This voluntary policy applies to Premium purchases from invitezip, alongside any mandatory consumer rights.
When to contact us
Please send a refund request within 7 business days of payment. Requests after that usual window may still be considered when a verified platform fault prevented you from using the service. Incorrect details entered by a user do not by themselves establish a platform fault.
Technical problems
If a platform fault prevents you from creating or using your invitation, describe the issue and provide relevant evidence, such as a screenshot or the time it occurred. When we verify a qualifying fault, we will refund the full service payment. Do not include passwords, card details or private guest links in your evidence.
If the result didn't meet your expectations
Tell us what did not work for you and the outcome you would like. We review this feedback individually and may approve a full or partial refund according to the circumstances. Submitting feedback does not automatically guarantee a refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your payment reference or event link, the date of payment, a description of the problem and your preferred outcome. Use your own payment information; do not send full card numbers. We may ask for more information to verify the purchase or technical issue.
Review, payment method and timing
We aim to review a complete request and, if approved, initiate the refund within 3 business days. This is our review and initiation timeframe, not a promise of bank arrival. Stripe returns refunds to the original payment method. The bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears, commonly around 5–10 business days after initiation. A full refund removes Premium access; a partial refund keeps it.
Applicable rights and policy updates
Your mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy, including any withdrawal or refund rights that apply to your purchase. Any tax amount is handled according to the actual payment and applicable law. Future policy changes will not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
