These terms describe how you may use the invitation service operated as invitezip. Contact [email protected] about these terms.
The service
InviteZip lets you design, publish and share online event invitations and collect attendance replies. Features available to an event depend on its current plan. An invitation is accessible to people who have its link; do not use it to publish information you need to keep confidential.
Accounts and access
Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. You may start an anonymous draft, but saving it to an account requires sign-in and publishing requires email verification. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping private guest links secure.
Your invitation content
You keep rights to content you provide. You give invitezip permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, and only provide guest information you are entitled to share. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, or attempt to access another person's resources.
Free and Premium
Free events have a watermark and limits on managed guest records, counted views and sections. The Location element requires Premium. Premium is a one-time USD $36 purchase for one event, with no subscription. Current plan details are shown on the pricing page. A full refund removes Premium access; a partial refund does not.
Payments and refunds
Payments are completed through Stripe's hosted checkout. Premium access starts when a successful payment has been verified. Stripe provides the payment receipt. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Do not submit another payment while a previous payment is awaiting confirmation.
Availability and event lifetime
Free invitations are available for 90 days after the event; Premium invitations do not automatically expire. Technical interruptions can occur. Keep your own copies of content you need beyond an event's lifetime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party messaging app will deliver an invitation.
Deletion and misuse
You can delete an event or your account through the site. Deletion makes the affected resources unavailable immediately. Account cleanup becomes eligible after 30 days and can take longer where active work or retained references prevent safe removal. We may restrict use that breaches these terms, subject to applicable law.
Your mandatory rights and changes
These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms will be dated here and will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or promises attached to an existing purchase. Questions about the service can be sent to [email protected].
